Blueberry Crisp Recipe

  1. Thaw blueberries, if frzn.
  2. Don't Drain.
  3. For topping, in a medium mixing bowl stir together granola, coconut & shortening.
  4. Set topping aside.
  5. For filling, in a large mixing bowl stir together blueberries and their juices, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
  6. Transfer the filling to an ungreased 10" X 6" X 2" baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the topping on the filling.
  8. Bake in a 375F oven for 30 to 40 min or possibly until the topping is crisp.
  9. Serve hot.
  10. Makes 6 servings.
