Rum Old Fashioned

• 2 jiggers golden rum
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 teaspoon simple syrup
• 1 teaspoon water
• 1 slice orange peel
• cubed ice

1. Put 2 - 3 ice cubes in a rocks glass.
2. Add 1 jigger of rum, the bitters, syrup and water.
3. Stir gently.
4. Add 2 - 3 more ice cubes and the other jigger of rum.
5. Stir gently.
6. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
