Coconut Cranberry Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and sugar in bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Press onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  5. Combine all filling ingredients in bowl; mix well.
  6. Spread over hot, partially baked crust.
  7. Continue baking 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Cut into bars.
