Dijon Country Chicken
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced thin or crushed
- 3 to 4 small white onions, sliced thin
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced thin
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 3 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Country Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. half and half
- cheese
- dip
- bologna
- hard-boiled eggs
- hot dogs
- tuna
- fruits
- veggies
- carrots
- jelly
- crackers
- pretzels
- bread sticks
- bagels
- cookies
- peanut butter
- chips
- nacho chips
- Cut refrigerator leftovers into cubes and arrange on large platter.
- Put dip types into cups with small spoons or knife, then with cupboard leftovers arrange them around the outside edge of platter.
- Serve.
