Rotel Dip
- 2 lb ground beef or turkey
- 2 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green Chiles
- 3/4 box velveeta
- 1 salt/pepper
- 1 tortilla chips
- brown ground beef or turkey
- use salt and pepper to taste
- strain grease
- melt velveeta and add cans of Rotel
- add ground beef and simmer to desired temp
- serve with tortilla chips
