Beef Nacho Bake
- 1 pound Hamburger, Seasoned With Salt And Pepper
- 1 cup Chunky Picante Sauce, You Decide The Heat
- 15 ounces, weight Can Of Sweet Corn, Drained
- 1/2 cups Miracle Whip
- 1/4 cups Sour Cream
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder, Or To Taste, You Decide The Heat Level!
- 2 cups Shredded Taco Cheese
- 2 cups Crushed Tortilla Chips
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- When done, drain off the grease.
- Stir in picante sauce, drained corn, Miracle Whip, sour cream and chili powder to taste.
- In a 2-quart casserole dish, layer one half of the beef mixture, then 1 cup cheese and 1 cup chips.
- Repeat layers.
- Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
- Serve with guacamole, taco sauce, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, whatever you like!
