BBQ Pork
- 1- 1/2 pound Pork Shoulder (bone-out)
- 2- 1/2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 cups BBQ Sauce
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 whole Onion
- 1.
- Slice the pork shoulder into 1 inch slices and set aside.
- 2.
- Mix brown sugar, minced garlic, black pepper in a Ziploc bag.
- 3.
- Pour in ketchup, bbq sauce, and worcester sauce & mix together.
- 4.
- Add in the the thinly sliced onions and mix all together.
- 5.
- Put the pork into the Ziploc bag and rub the sauce onto the meat (covering all the meat).
- 6.
- Let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 7.
- Set the oven to 285 degrees F.
- 8.
- Place the marinated pork onto a baking dish (remember to pour all the sauce in as well).
- 9.
- After 40 minutes in the oven, pull the baking dish out, and turn the meat around to the other side.
- 10.
- Let it bake for 50 more minutes & serve.
