Crispy Chikuwa

  1. Cut the chikuwa into 4.
  2. Lay the cheese in the hollows of the chikuwa.
  3. (You can use any kind of chikuwa.)
  4. Sprinkle with panko and parsley.
  5. Lay on parchment paper, and bake for about 3-5 minutes in a toaster oven, then it's done.
