Breakfast Casserole

  1. Butter a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  2. Butter the bread and cut into cubes.
  3. Spread bread cubes in the buttered pan.
  4. Cook the sausage and spread over the bread.
  5. Spread cheese over all.
  6. Beat the eggs and milk and add a small amount of salt and pepper.
  7. Pour egg mixture over the bread and sausage mixture.
  8. Cover dish let sit in refrigerator overnight.
  9. Preheat over to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  10. Cook 35 minutes or until eggs are set and it is lightly browned.
