Mizuna Salad with Fragrant Sesame Oil
- 3 Mizuna greens
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 small pinch Salt
- 1 as much (to taste) Pepper
- 1 as much (to taste) Sesame seeds
- Wash the mizuna greens and cut into 3-4 cm lengths.
- Toss the mizuna greens with sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Serve, sprinkle on sesame seeds, and enjoy.
