Swedish Kryddpepparkakor gingerbreadcookies

  1. Heat the butter in a sauce pan and add the Sugar and syrup mix it smooth.
  2. The add the cream and spices and mix until finger temp.
  3. Mix bicarbonate with flour and then you pour the batter into it and work it to a dough.
  4. If it's to sticky add more flour.
  5. Let it rest overnight.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  7. Roll out the dough but not to thin.
  8. Use cookie cutter to cut out the cookies.
  9. Put them on a bakingsheet then bake in the center of the oven for aprox.
  10. 8 min.
