Swedish Kryddpepparkakor gingerbreadcookies
- 100 grams butter
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup syrup
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground cloves
- 2 tsp bicarbonate
- 3 2/3 cup wheat flour
- Heat the butter in a sauce pan and add the Sugar and syrup mix it smooth.
- The add the cream and spices and mix until finger temp.
- Mix bicarbonate with flour and then you pour the batter into it and work it to a dough.
- If it's to sticky add more flour.
- Let it rest overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Roll out the dough but not to thin.
- Use cookie cutter to cut out the cookies.
- Put them on a bakingsheet then bake in the center of the oven for aprox.
- 8 min.
