Beef Jambalaya Recipe
- 2 pounds grnd beef
- 1 small cann sweet peas
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 1 medium onion, minced pepper
- Onion tops
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- Warm water
- 1/2 bell pepper Red-minced
- Parsley flakes
- Saute/fry: Onion and bell pepper in oil; Add in: grnd beef and cook sufficient to seal in juices, not dry; Add in: mushroom soup and bouillon cubes dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water; Add in; parsley, onion tops; Simmer and few min; Add in: liquid removed peas and rice.
