Greek Lemon Bars Recipe

  1. GLAZE: 1 package vanilla sugar free pudding made thin.
  2. Add in 1/4 tsp.
  3. lemon extract.
  4. Spread over bars and sprinkle peel on top.
  5. Beat Large eggs and sweetener on high speed till lemon color.
  6. Beat in vanilla, oil, and 1/2 of lemon peel, lemon juice and flour.
  7. Stir in nuts.
  8. Pour into 7 x 11 inch pan sprayed with Pam.
  9. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min.
  10. Don't over bake.
  11. Top with glaze.
