Gourmet Chicken Casserole

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Saute onions in oleo; add soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Heat and stir until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in cooked rice, chicken, water chestnuts, mushrooms and pimento.
  4. Spoon into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
