Triple Chocolate Vanilla Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Combine crumbs and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
  3. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  4. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth.
  5. Add eggs, flour and vanilla; mix well.
  6. Divide batter in half.
  7. Add chocolate to 1/2 of batter; mix well.
  8. Pour into pan; top evenly with vanilla batter.
  9. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
  10. Cool.
  11. Top with Chocolate Glaze.
  12. Chill thoroughly.
  13. Refrigerate leftovers.
