Chorizo Queso Dip

  1. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add chorizo.
  2. Cook 5 minutes or until finely crumbled and browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Drain; return to skillet.
  4. Add Velveeta and undrained tomatoes to skillet; stir to combine.
  5. Cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until Velveeta melts, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in green onion.
  7. Serve with chips, if desired.
