Kahlua Chocolate Strawberries

  1. In top of double boiler, melt chocolate over simmering water.
  2. Add milk.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add Kahlua; whisk until smooth.
  5. Cool until thickened (about 1 hour).
  6. Makes about 1 cup sauce.
  7. Use only firm dry strawberries.
  8. Hand dip.
  9. Can be refrigerated up to 4 hours; excellent served chilled.
  10. Or, have guests dip their own.
