Pomegranate-Pear Muesli

  1. Combine the first four ingredients in a bowl, and stir together.
  2. Add the soymilk.
  3. Make sure all the oats are covered by milk.
  4. Let this refrigerate overnight.
  5. In the morning, remove the arils from the pomegranate (I leave the method to your choice- how do YOU get the inside out?!)
  6. and dice the pear.
  7. Gently fold them into the muesli.
  8. Enjoy!
