Southwestern Veggie Wrap with Creamy Smoky Dressing
- 13 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups Barbecue Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 4 Large Tortillas Or Gluten-Free Wraps
- 2 cups Shredded Lettuce Or Mixed Greens
- 1/2 cups Canned Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1/2 cups Corn, Canned, Fresh, Or Frozen And Thawed
- 1/2 cups Tomato, Diced
- 1/2 cups Bell Pepper, Diced
- 1/2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
- 1 Avocado (peeled, Pitted And Sliced)
- In a small bowl whisk together all of the sauce ingredients until completely smooth.
- Lay out the wraps on your work surface.
- Divide remaining ingredients between them.
- Drizzle with sauce, wrap tightly and serve.
