Macaroni Salad
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna fish
- 2 tablespoons relish
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup onion
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- Boil noodles until done,rinse with cold water to cool and drain.
- In a large bowl, mix noodles, mayo, tuna, relish, eggs, and onions.
- Mix and add salt and pepper (optional).
