Nutty Apple Salad

  1. Mix pineapple, reserved juice, sugar, flour, egg and vinegar in large saucepot until well blended.
  2. Cook on low heat until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Spoon into large bowl.
  5. Fold in whipped topping and apples.
  6. Cover and refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  7. Sprinkle with peanuts just before serving.
