Low Fat Easy Italian Dip
- 16 ounces breakstone's free fat free sour cream
- 1 ounce good seasons gourmet parmesan Good Seasons Cheese & Garlic salad dressing mix (1 envelope) or 1 ounce Italian salad dressing mix (1 envelope)
- 12 cup chopped roasted red peppers or 1 teaspoon jarred roasted garlic or 8 12 ounces artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
- breadsticks or assorted cut-up vegetables
- MIX sour cream and salad dressing mix.
- Stir in roasted red pepper, if.
- desired.
- Refrigerate.
- Ready in 1 hr 5 minutes.
- SERVE with breadsticks or assorted cut-up vegetables.
