Turkey Meatloaf Recipe
- 1-2 pound pkg. grnd turkey breast (not grnd turkey)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 c. bread crumbs or possibly 1 c. dry stuffing mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oregano, parsley flakes and onion flakes, about 1/4 c. each
- 1 can V-8; pour half into mix
- Stir together.
- Add in other half of V-8 after pouring meatloaf into loaf pan.
- Cook one hour at 350 degrees.
