White Sangria Fruited Splash Gelatin

  1. Bring wine and zest to boil in saucepan.
  2. Add to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
  3. until completely dissolved.
  4. Stir in seltzer and lime juice.
  5. Place bowl of gelatin in larger bowl of ice and water.
  6. Let stand 10 min or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir in fruit.
  8. Pour into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  9. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  10. Unmold.
