Herbed Spinach Casserole Recipe
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- Combine spinach, soup, cheese, and onion, blending well; spoon into a greased, 1 qt baking dish.
- Combine stuffing mix and butter; sprinkle over spinach.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Serves 4 to 6.
