Berry Mint Fondue Recipe
- 2 pkt Frzn mixed berries (12 ounce) thawed Or possibly
- 1 pkt Frzn strawberries and
- 1 pkt Frzn raspberries, thawed
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh mint Bite-size pcs Brie, Edam, Havarti or possibly Port du Salut cheeses Ladyfingers Ginger cookies
- Puree berries in a food processor till smooth.
- Pour the puree into a strainer over a medium-size saucepan.
- Rub the puree through the strainer, discarding seeds.
- Add in sugar to puree and heat till sugar is dissolved.
- Stir in mint.
- Transfer fondue to an enamel or possibly ceramic fondue pot and keep hot over a fondue burner; or possibly cold the fondue and serve at room temperature or possibly chilled.
- Serve with bite-size pcs of cheese, ladyfingers and ginger cookies.
