Berry Mint Fondue Recipe

  1. Puree berries in a food processor till smooth.
  2. Pour the puree into a strainer over a medium-size saucepan.
  3. Rub the puree through the strainer, discarding seeds.
  4. Add in sugar to puree and heat till sugar is dissolved.
  5. Stir in mint.
  6. Transfer fondue to an enamel or possibly ceramic fondue pot and keep hot over a fondue burner; or possibly cold the fondue and serve at room temperature or possibly chilled.
  7. Serve with bite-size pcs of cheese, ladyfingers and ginger cookies.
