Szechuan-Style Beef And Broccoli

  1. Combine chili sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch and crushed red pepper in bowl.
  2. Toss with steak.
  3. Stir FRY steak in oil in large frypan over medium-high heat about 2 minutes or until just cooked.
  4. Remove from pan, set aside.
  5. Add broth, rice and broccoli.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Cover and simmer over low heat 5-8 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  8. Return beef to pan, add water chestnuts and heat through.
