Egg and Oil Free, Steamed Sponge Cake with Honey and Milk
- 150 grams White flour
- 4 grams Baking powder
- 10 grams Sugar
- 2 tbsp Skim milk powder (optional)
- 40 grams Condensed milk
- 40 grams Honey
- 130 grams ~ Milk
- Place a bowl on the scale and make it "0".
- Add each of the ingredients one after another as you weigh, and mix them together well.
- Add skim milk powder to the bowl and mix well.
- Add condensed milk and honey and continue mixing.
- If the batter feels rather stiff, please adjust by adding milk.
- Pour the batter into the baking cups and put on toppings of your choice chocolate raisins almonds no topping.
- If you have a steamer, steam for 10 minutes over high heat and it's done.
- Remember to add water as it evaporates!
- I don't have a steamer, so I steam them by placing this steaming device in a deep frying pan and pour in about 2 cm of water.
- The other side looks like this, so be careful not to let it scratch the surface of the pan.
