Easy Cheesy Lasagna

  1. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Brown Italian sausage (or ground beef), onions and garlic.
  3. Drain.
  4. Return meat mixture to pan and stir in spaghetti sauce and water.
  5. In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer 1/3 of sauce mixture, half the uncooked noodles, half the combined Ricotta or cottage cheese and parsley and 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, ending with sauce mixture.
  6. Cover with foil.
  7. Bake 1 hour, uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes.
