High protein granola snack

  1. Chop almonds in food processor until some small chunks are left
  2. Chop raisins
  3. Chop up cacao chips in food processor until they are in small chunks
  4. Add first 5 (dry) ingredients and mix in bowl.
  5. Add in peanut butter and mix well.
  6. I had to do this step with my fingers
  7. Add in honey and stir
  8. Using a 1 teaspoon 'globed' style measuring spoon, scoop up mixture and press firmly to inside bowl or flat surface so the mixture takes on the rounded shape.
  9. I used a canola oil pan coating in the spoon and the flat surface to keep from sticking.
  10. When all the mixture is done, dust bite sized snacks with baking cocoa.
