Creamy Chicken Roll-ups

  1. Preheat to 375
  2. Mix chicken, cream cheese, half of shredded cheese and dash of buffalo sauce in large bowl
  3. flatten out croissant roll on wide end so that you can spoon chicken mixture onto it.
  4. Once you have desired amount of mixture on croissant, roll it up..that can be the tricky part of you over fill it.
  5. Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 11-13 minutes our until golden brown.
