Diet Seafood Salad
- 1 (3 ounce) packagediet lemon gelatin
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon green onion, chopped
- 12 cup flaked crabmeat or 12 cup shrimp
- 1 tablespoon celery, chopped
- 1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped
- Dissolve gelatin and salt in hot water.
- Add vinegar and chill til slightly thick.
- Add shrimp and vegetables.
- Divide into moulds.
- Chill til firm.
