Radish Toasts

• 4 slices buttered toast
• Radishes, very thinly sliced
• Salt and pepper, for sprinkling

1. Arrange the radish slices on the buttered toast.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cut into smaller pieces if desired.
