Southwest Skillet

  1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef and chili powder until browned, stirring to separate meat.
  2. Pour off fat.
  3. Add soup, water, beans, and tomatoes.
  4. Heat to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low.
  6. Cover and cook 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
  9. Top with cheese and chips.
  10. Serve over or next to rice.
