Crock Pot Chili-4 Different Meats
- 1 lb Hamburg
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 lb Ground Sausage
- 1 lb Bacon
- 1 Onion
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 Red Pepper
- 18 oz Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce
- 58 oz Tomato Sauce
- 30 oz Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 40 oz Great Northern Beans
- 1 Salt to taste
- 1 Pepper to taste
- 1 Chili Powder to taste
- 1 Italian Seasoning to taste
- 1 Garlic Powder to taste
- 1 Kidney Beans (I personally don't like them so I don't use them)
- Cook and drain fat from Hamburg, turkey and sausage.
- Fry Bacon, drain grease and crumble.
- Dice onion and peppers.
- Add all ingredients to crock pot.
- Mix well.
- Add all spices to taste.
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Ok to let on low all day..
