Quesadilla Burger

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine ground beef, black pepper, salt, cumin, and chili powder.
  3. Pack into a half-moon shaped patty.
  4. Cook until medium-rare in frying pan.
  5. Take tortilla, apply chipotle ranch on one half and spread.
  6. Cover other half with cheese.
  7. On top of cheese, set patty.
  8. Arrange veggies on top of beef patty.
  9. Fold tortilla closed, press, and place on baking sheet.
  10. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes.
