Vegan Beef Chili
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 clove Garlic, chopped
- 1 packages Vegan beef crumble
- 2 can Black beans
- 2 can Pinto beans
- 2 can Kidney beans
- 2 can Vegetarian baked beans
- 2 can Chickpeas (Garbanzo beans)
- 1 can Corn
- 2 can Small can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 2 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp Chili powder
- 3 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- Finely chop onion & garlic.
- Saute in oil until transparent.
- Empty all cans into a pot and stir.
- Add in spices & onion mixture and stir.
- Heat on medium low for 20 minutes, then add the beef crumble.
- Turn heat to low, cover, and stir every 10 minutes for an hour.
- Top with Daiya cheddar cheese and/or eat with pita chips.
