Horseradish-Apple Sauce

• 16 ounces prepared creamed horseradish
• 12 cup sour cream
• 12 cup mayonnaise
• 1 crisp red-skinned apple, cored & coarsely grated
• 1 tablespoon thinly sliced fresh chives
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• fresh ground pepper

1. Stir together all the ingredients, including pepper to taste.
2. Cover and refrigerate until using.
