Key Lime Pie

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in lime zest and juice.
  3. Add ice cream; stir until completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  4. Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is very thick and will mound.
  5. Spoon into crust.
  6. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Garnish as desired.
