Sausage Rice Casserole

  1. Spread
  2. rice evenly in a lightly greased 3 quart casserole dish, sprayed.
  3. Spoon vegetables over rice.
  4. Pour chicken broth and
  5. water
  6. over
  7. the
  8. vegetables.
  9. Cook
  10. sausage until browned; drain
  11. well.
  12. Spoon
  13. sausage over vegetables.
  14. Cover and
  15. bake
  16. at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  17. Remove from oven and stir well.
  18. Cover
  19. and bake an additional 30 minutes.
  20. Garnish with mushrooms and parsley, if desired.
