Citrus Barbecued Pork Chop

  1. Place pork chops in nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray.
  2. Cook on medium heat 4 to 5 min.
  3. per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Pour barbecue sauce in medium saucepan; add orange peel, orange juice, rosemary and thyme.
  5. Bring to boil; reduce heat to low.
  6. Simmer 5 min.
  7. Serve sauce over pork chops.
  8. Bake potatoes in oven or microwave.
  9. Top each with 1 Tbsp.
  10. margarine and 1 tsp.
  11. brown sugar.
  12. Steam green beans; divide into 4 equal servings.
  13. Serve each person a fresh orange for dessert.
  14. Serve each meal with an 8 fl oz glass of milk.
