Crab Rangoons with Sesame-Ginger Soy Dressing
- Sesame-Ginger Soy Dressing
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup chili-garlic sauce
- 4-1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4-1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 4-1/2 Tbsp. Heinz Tomato Ketchup
- 4-1/2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2-1/4 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
- Crab Rangoons
- Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese
- 4-1/2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
- 2-1/4 tsp. chili-garlic sauce
- 2-1/4 cups jumbo lump crabmeat
- 9 doz. won ton wrappers
- Sesame-Ginger Soy Dressing: Mix ingredients.
- Crab Rangoons: Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy; scrape bowl.
- Stir in onions, chili-garlic sauce and crabmeat.
- Spoon 1/2 Tbsp.
- (7 mL) cream cheese mixture onto centre of each won ton wrapper.
- Gather corners at top; pinch together tightly to seal.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- For each serving: Fry 3 Crab Rangoons in 350 degrees F-oil 3 min.
- or until crisp and lightly browned.
- Spoon 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) Sesame-Ginger Soy Dressing onto serving plate; top with rangoons.
