Sizzle! Hamburger Meat Filled Aburaage (Thin Fried Tofu) Teriyaki
- 2 Aburaage
- 150 grams Hamburger patties
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 Green onions or scallions
- Place the aburaage lengthwise and cut in half.
- Open them up so they become pouches, taking care not to let it rip.
- Stuff with hamburger mix, and secure the opening with a toothpick.
- Put the stuffed aburaage in a pan and brown well on both sides.
- Add the sauce ingredients, cover with a lid and let steam over medium heat.
- Sprinkle chopped green onion to serve.
