Meat Stuffing for Steamed or Baked Buns Recipe hannaone

  1. One day before Planned serving Place meat in freezer until firm.
  2. Mix all ingredients well and let stand while cooking meat.
  3. Remove meat from freezer and fine chop (mince).
  4. Heat a wok or stir fry pan over medium heat.
  5. Add sesame oil and meat, and stir fry until no longer pink (for seafood cook about 3 minutes).
  6. Remove from heat, mix with salt and let cool.
  7. Transfer to a bowl, add marinade and mix well.
  8. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  9. Preheat oven to 350 degrees .
  10. Place buns on a lightly oiled baking pan.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes (until golden brown).
  12. Serve warm.
