Apple Apricot Pie Recipe

  1. Combine all pie ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Place in piecrust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  3. Combine crumb-topping ingredients, except for butter, and mix to create a crumb-like consistency.
  4. Sprinkle over pie and pour melted butter on the top.
  5. Bake an additional 30 min at 350 degrees.
  6. Chefs Notes: Use your favorite sugar substitute.
