Disappearing Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  2. Soften the cream cheese.
  3. Using a food processor, chop the crabmeat and the shrimp.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the seafood, cream cheese, garlic powder, feta cheese and half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Scoop the mixture evenly into the mushroom caps and top each cap with a little of the remaining cheddar.
  6. Bake at 350F until the cheese is melted and the mixture is lightly golden on top.
  7. Let cool and enjoy!
