Chicken meatball parmesan
- 1 box shell pasta (your choice)
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 box Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/3 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup itlatian bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp bacon bits
- Bring water to a boil for noodles
- Take all ingredients for meatballs and mix together; form balls
- Grease a skillet with butter, and place a couple meatballs in and brown but don't cook all the way
- Repeat the process with meatballs then once meatballs are almost done place them in the oven on a foil cookie sheet at 375F for 15mins or until golden brown
- Remove meatballs and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and set aside
- Add noodles to boiling water, occasionally stir until tender; drain noodles
- Take milk, velveeta cheese and butter and put in the skillet where the meatballs were in, stir together
- Add noodles skillet and mix together until sauce is thick to your liking.
- Top with more parmesan cheese
- Place meatballs on top of pasta and serve... Yeah man!!!
