Barley Pilaf Skillet with Mushrooms & Lentils

  1. Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and onions; cook and stir 4 min.
  3. or until onions are crisp-tender.
  4. Add next 4 ingredients; stir.
  5. Bring to boil; cover.
  6. Simmer on medium-low heat 40 min.
  7. or until liquid is absorbed.
  8. Stir in remaining ingredients.
