Done in a Flash! New Potatoes Stir-Fried with Butter-Curry Seasoning
- 6 New potatoes
- 4 Coarse-cut sausage
- 1 clove Finely-chopped garlic
- 10 grams Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- Slice the new potatoes into matchsticks.
- Slice the sausages into thin diagonal pieces.
- Heat the butter, olive oil, and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat, then stir-fry the potatoes.
- When all ingredients are coated evenly in oil, and when the potatoes are tender, add sausage slices and continue frying.
- Cover with a lid, and steam for 5 minutes, removing the lid now and then to turn the potatoes and sausage to brown them evenly.
- Add the curry powder, salt, pepper to taste, sprinkle with dried parsley, and serve.
