Manila Clam Tsukudani
- 1 packages De-shelled Manila clams
- 2 pieces Ginger (shredded)
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Give the Manila clams a quick rinse.
- Drizzle a bit of sesame oil into a small saucepan, add in the Manila clams and ginger, and lightly saute over medium heat.
- Add the broth ingredients to Step 1 while referencing.
- Cover with a drop lid and boil down until there is no more broth, and it is done.
