Manila Clam Tsukudani

  1. Give the Manila clams a quick rinse.
  2. Drizzle a bit of sesame oil into a small saucepan, add in the Manila clams and ginger, and lightly saute over medium heat.
  3. Add the broth ingredients to Step 1 while referencing.
  4. Cover with a drop lid and boil down until there is no more broth, and it is done.
